With more than 30 years of experience in higher education, I’ve dedicated my career to helping institutions expand access, strengthen quality, and navigate the complex world of online and distance learning.
My background spans both two-year and four-year colleges, including nearly 15 years leading an online college within a technical college system. During that time, I worked hands-on with faculty, administrators, and leadership teams to design online programs, improve student outcomes, align with accreditation standards, and meet Department of Education requirements.
Through K3 Consulting, I partner with colleges and universities to build sustainable online learning models—from course design and faculty training to compliance readiness and strategic planning.
